Based on two hours of consumption with a minimum of 25 guests. Greystone Public House will deliver and setup on your own tables with our linen and appropriate service ware. Delivery and Setup Fee will be based on location, accessibility, stairs, and parking. 21% service fee will be added if you require servers onsite. 6% PA Sales Tax will be added to all food items.

BarServices

Bar package includes setup and cleanup of the bar, bartender tools, labiality insurance and ramp certified bartenders.Host will provide all alcohol beverages. We can assist in the amounts you might need for your event. Host can provide mixers and garnish or you can purchase our mixer package. Bartenders are scheduled on a ratio of one bartender per 100 guests. There is a $75.00 fee per hour per bartender (four-hour minimum to include setup and cleanup).  Bartenders will not perform any additional duties other than to assist your guests with their beverage selections.

We are required to request I.D. from anyone who appears to be 30 years or younger. We will not serve alcohol to anyone who is unable to show proof that they are at least 21 years of age.
 

MIXERS PACKAGE

Club soda, tonic water, bloody mary, sweet & sour, lime juice, orange juice, cranberry juice, bottle water, classic coke, diet coke, regular sprite, lemons, limes, cherries, olives, disposable glasses, cocktail napkins. Rental glassware is available for an additional price.
